ATM MANAGEMENT
Tallyho has been supplying software to Financial Institutions that allows them to gain control of and manage their own ATM Network since 1990. Since that time Tallyho’s team of professionals has installed this software across the United States and in several foreign countries.

The ATM Management Module is being used by Community Banks with a limited number of ATMs, it is being used by larger Multi-Bank Institutions with several ATMs and in service centers where the Institutions being processed have no relation to each other. Regardless of the situation Tallyho has been able to supply reliable software with the features to get the job done.

We understand the "mission critical " nature of an Institution’s ATM offering. If the ATMs are not in service they become an inconvenience to you and your Customers instead of a convenience. Reliable software and excellent support from your software vender goes a long way in insuring your ATMs are available to your Customers.When an Institution decides to utilize ATM Management to bring the control of their ATMs in house one of the main driving factors for the decision is the ability to increase service offerings at the ATM. To accomplish this it is imperative that the software vender has working relationships with the manufactures of ATMs to insure they have specific knowledge of functionality available on each of the ATMs and the technology used to make the ATM perform.

As with all our solutions Tallyho uses the IBM AS/400  (I Series) as the hardware platform for our ATM Management Solution. The AS/400 with its reliability, flexibility, and ease of operation has proven to be an excellent platform for a “mission critical “ application. We have been creating our solutions to utilize the AS/400 exclusively since 1990 and have found this hardware nothing short of phenomenal in its reliability.

Benefits of ATM Management

·         The Institution has the ability to change ATM screens and receipts from any AS/400 terminal, decreasing dependencies on software vender.

·         ATMs are controlled individually allowing ATMs at different locations to display different screens and print different receipts. This allows the Institution to tailor the ATM and marketing messages via the ATM to the area the ATM is located in.

·         We give the Institution the freedom of choice to select the brand of ATMs an the mode of operation by optionally offering multiple ATM Driver Modules. With the Diebold Driver you can drive Diebold ATMs, NCR ATMs in Diebold Emulation and Fujitsu ATMs in Diebold Emulation. If you have or add NCR ATMs and want to take advantage of features on the ATM that are only available if the ATM is being driven in NCR Native Mode, we have an NCR Native Mode ATM Driver. The integration of the software allows for seamless operation when running multiple ATM Drivers.

·         Institutions have more options than in the past of locations that can support an ATM due to the decreased expense of the Dial-Up ATMs. Tallyho gives Institutions the ability of adding Dial-Up ATMs and increasing their visibility by offering optional ATM Driver Modules for Dial-Up ATMs.

·         By using Tallyho’s Core Application Interface that is included with the ATM Management Module all on-us transactions performed at the Institutions ATMs are authorized and memo posted online / real time. This allows the Institution increased security and allows for increased Customer Service by allowing higher limits than an off line ATM program.

·         OAR Support – The ability to access multiple accounts at the ATM.

·         Multi Language for those who have a significant non-English speaking population to serve.
